After a collaboration with fellow Naarm based producer, Desinformant, as well as a remix, Feed The Void is extremely excited to welcome Hedchef to the label for a full length release. ‘Non-Stop Visions Of God’ merges together sub heavy genres with mind bending samples and a whole lot of tension. Tales of squid, rattlesnakes and ayahuasca paint the psychedelic landscape of the trip. This one’s hard hitting and full of impeccable sound design and bold structures that move away from dance music’s traditional linear format.

Remixes come from UK Bass producer K-65, who’s crafted a high energy version of ‘Pepper’s Ghost’, as well as FTV label head Birds, with a dark and twisted take on ‘Diamondback Rattlesnake’ (featuring her signature live vocals) and New York based producer Doctor Jeep with a peak time percussive rework of ‘Earl Grey Ayahuasca.’

Release Info :

Andy (Bass Agenda) explains: “After over 100 releases I was planning on taking a break from the label from March but as this Coronavirus pandemic became more and more serious, I really felt like doing something tangible to help.  Like many people I am out of work thanks to this crisis and I wanted to do something meaningful and creative with my time. I was getting the same kind of messages from artists both on the label and in the wider Electro/Techno community.  Having done large charity release projects before I knew this could be done.”

He continues, “I posted on Facebook and approached a few contacts saying I was thinking of doing it and to get in touch if they wanted to get involved.  A week later I had over 70 artists up for the challenge. It is a beautiful thing to see so many talented people getting involved, from newcomers to established leaders in the scene like Carl Finlow, John Selway, Detroit’s Filthiest, Dez Williams, and Radioactive Man.”

“As for where the money from the release will go, I chose NHS Charities Together because they represent over 100 NHS charities and will distribute donations amongst them and also have a specific Covid-19 campaign running.  Médecins Sans Frontières are the other organisation that will receive profits from the release. I wanted to include one that worked beyond the UK to reflect the international nature of the crisis and the fact that the Electro and Techno communities are global too.”

The 119th Tracklistings Premiere of 2020 is the third CAREBOT$ mix by DJ Feryne and comes as the final stage of the release’s journey is reached. The 147 track compilation curated by Bass Agenda Recordings is now available from all good digital stores. This third mix is a little different from the first two in the series because it also features tracks from Touched Bass. Touched Bass was originally released in 2016; a collaboration between Touched Music for Macmillan Cancer Support and Bass Agenda featuring 136 tracks. For a limited time only Touched Bass has been made available from Bass Agenda’s Bandcamp page on a ‘pay what you want’ basis – with all money going to the same charitable causes as CAREBOT$. The releases have already raised over £6,500 for NHS Charities Together and Médecins Sans Frontières Covid-19 campaigns.

She has played in many clubs and festivals of Hungary (Kontra, wndrlnd, Corvintető, Müszi, Kuplung, R33, Egál, S.U.N festival, Ozora ect...) and other countries, like Germany, Croatia, Slovakia, Austria, Romania, and France and of course the Netherlands (Drift Festival, Het Nest Festival, ADE etc)
She is currently based in Nijmegen (NL).
She is also a resident DJ at Nijmegen’s very own Open Source Radio.
