Originally hailing from the Dutch eastern border, Utrecht-based producer Tala Drum Corps (real name Tijmen Lohmeijer) provides BAKK six tracks where his love for futurism and nostalgia collides. Coming from an adolescence of modern dance, Lohmeijer continually seeks a sense of bodily movement in his work - an elementary scenic approach that stems from an urge to bring imagination into life. Ditching outer ends where club tracks are often approached too seriously or ironic, this mini-album takes on another route that feels mature while simultaneously oozing a child-like joy. 

On Parade, the listener strolls along a shimmering motley landscape.

Slowly slipping away in a crystal vortex via its vocal, ’Clear Fall’ shows the art of juxtaposition when its panning drums propel the track straight against its own gravity. Setting the tone for exploration, ’Refraction-S’ provide calm pace with its crisp gridlocked snares and melodic sonar pulses. Continuing a path of hypnotism, the album takes a deep plunge with ‘Lake Technium’ - whose rolling acid line hints to the essence of rave without obvious tendencies. On the flip side, ‘Frog Marches’ recalls emotions strongly akin to the LP opener, but walking a darker introvert thread. Spacious drum programming flutters around a haunting ambience on ’Sp00n’ - showcasing Lohmeijer’s ability to create intricate ear-worm structures. The producer offers an energetic closure with the break-inspired club tool ‘Modernity (Poisoned)’. 

All in all, Parade makes up a multifaceted play that appreciates sonic aesthetics of the recent past but re-appropriates those in a daring and dreamy context.

For this new Premiere, we have a track by Ivna Ji from the second long-awaited upcoming EP "Various Artists - Vol.01" [ANCPT002] on the Russian Record Label runned by Strange FM : Analog Concept.

The track we have chosen to premiere is entitled ‘Alpha Dial’ and it will be available from October 28, 2019 only on Vinyl.

Croatian producer Ivna Ji with British label Brokntoys behind her with track Alpha Dial, composition that isn’t focused on dancefloors but instead entices the listener into a slowly progressing story, heavily loaded with dreamy synth lines.

For its second release, Russian label Analog Concept brings you four powerful and floor-ready electro tracks from rising stars in a dedicated genre;
Starting with our favourite Liverpool producer nowadays – Reedale Rise and his frisky tune Borderland that can easily work out at 5 am as well as at 5 pm. Joyful and broken rhythm promises it will shake your body properly. Simon has been seen on labels like Frustrated Funk, 20:20 Vision, Kondi etc.
The next in line is Nullptr from the east side of the Island. Label boss of d-tached records and co-promoter of Cambridge-based electro night Motherchip Connexion. Coming from labels such as Detroit Underground and CPU Records it is expected this guy brings only premium sounds. He delivers a strong and vibrant track that you cannot remain indifferent to.
Side B is reserved for a Belgian producer know by the name of Datawave with a catalog of finest releases in the last few years on labels like AC Records, Vortex Traks, Fundamental Records, Natural Sciences and the Croatian producer Ivna Ji with British label Brokntoys behind her.
Datawave delivers a tune that keeps the atmospheric idea of the label at heart but experiments with driving rhythms and acid lines.
Last but not least is Ivnaís track Alpha Dial, composition that isn’t focused on dancefloors but instead entices the listener into a slowly progressing story, heavily loaded with dreamy synth lines.
