Without forgiveness of self, shame and guilt with grow and these are at the very bottom of any emotional hierarchy scale.
Without forgiveness of others (and self) anger, resentment and blame will block your own peace, joy, your capacity to give and receive love and it inhibit your personal growth and evolution. 

In both cases, it is an anchor that will always and in many many ways hold you back.

Others:
Let us take a moment for each of you to review the areas for which you maybe actively and outwardly still blaming another or a group of others. 
Who is the source of your resentment, anger, vengeance or blame?
How long have you held these feelings? Is it old and keeps coming back to haunt you, or is it fresh and raw leaving you feeling vulnerable? 
Secondly, what is the story you are still telling yourself about this situation? This is a key part, because the story, not the incident, is what is keeping this going. 
Please be very honest with yourself here. This is a private matter between you and your creator and if you don’t allow yourself to recognize it, own it or let it be revealed to you, you will also halt evolution, transcendence love and joy.

Self:
Again, let’s pause and look deeply into the areas, situations, circumstances that you have yet to forgive yourself. The areas you feel the most guilt, shame, self-loathing, self-deprecation, etc.

The last Sunday of every month we will have a pot luck, if the weather permits, we can enjoy a bonfire and a hike around the property.
