Trafik are setup for a very busy 2012, alongside a brand new artist album with Global Underground they have some amazing singles lined up; 'RASKL' is due out at the end of March and has already been playlisted on Andi Durrant's Capital FM show, a show that had recently become the most popular dance music show surpassing even the mighty Radio 1. Next up is the crossover electro 'Howlin Wolf' that has been getting slammed by tech DJs Sonny Wharton and Dom Kane. Followed by a rather special techno electro mashup that is all Trafik in style called 'Vortex Cannon' this has been rocking their recent live shows in Mexico, expect a vocal version soon with a rather famous artist! With a summer anthem in the making that is the collaboration with indie rocker New Young Pony Club the first half of 2012 looks to be a big one for Trafik.

John Graham started production in the early 1990s, and has been a household name within progressive electronic music ever since, he is best known as Quivver, but has invented a host of other monikers, including Space Manoeuvres, Stoneproof, Skanna and Tilt, each representing a different shade of his eclectic production sound, and each giving an idea of his true versatility, range and sonic excellence.

John has always gained consistent support for his many varied club releases from DJ giants and close friends such as Sasha, Tong, Oakenfold and Digweed, whilst also having his early Skanna efforts lapped up by drum & bass royalty including Fabio, Grooverider and Doc Scott.

He is a multi talented DJ, producer and vocalist and after inking an early deal with A&M in the UK and being championed by Oakenfold, he joined Perfecto for several legendary releases, and has recently collaborated and written electrifying and dynamic songs for the likes of Hybrid from the UK and Planet Funk from Italy.

Plus John has also had many great, recent releases on the likes of Bedrock, Yoshi Toshi and Toolroom and he is currently recording his debut ‘band’ based album.

Now based in Los Angeles, Quivver teamed up in 2011 with pop, songstress and respected vocalist Cari Golden, also from Los Angeles, to bring us the pop-edged, radio friendly cut ‘Happy’.

This upbeat, future classic, originally released in the summer of 2011, has great crossover appeal for many territories around the world, whilst also appealing directly to the dance floor.

RAID is proud to present this simply devastating ‘limited DJ promo’ remix from TRAFIK, out of Newcastle, England who serve up some fine quality ‘filtered-electro-disco-tek’, making great use of the song, and delivering both vocal and instrumental ‘disko-tek’ mixes, which both have ‘large & summer’ written all over them.

There is also a rather tasty ‘orkestral reprise’, which will work well as a DJ tool. Quivver feat Cari Golden - Happy [Trafik's Disko Tek Mix] (CLIP)

Trafik are well know in the electronic music industry as purveyors of eclectic genre spanning tracks on the legendary
Global Underground label.

In recent years the duo have taken their unique brand of music on a worldwide club tour, playing remixed versions
of their originals that are straight to the dancefoor rockers. From all of this, 'Trafik Soundsystem' was born. 'RASKL'
is the cheeky little debut release from Trafik Soundsystem and is full on club music at its tantalising best. Euphoric
glitchy pianos riffs, rolling basslines, massive builds and kick offs and even some disco tom fills in there.
The tasty original is joined by some stellar remixes from Von Don, Zero Cash, Francophillipe and
So Called Scumbags.

Von Don provide an electro treat of a mix, taking the massive builds of the original and adding their own electro
house tinged sound to the show.

Zero Cash's frankly stunning dirty techno version is a completely diferent beast, adding in some brooding basslines,
tech percussion and a wicked new breakdown.

Newcastle citizen Francophillipe has been spending a lot of time in Paris of late and it shows on this French Disco
workout, funked up bass, glitchy fills and pure energy pulse from this monster.

Completing a most excellent package are the So Called Scumbags with their housed up techy version, these boys
have been making some waves recently and this mix shows exactly why; tight production, crisp beats and lovely
breakdowns.
