In the fourth episode of the series Train No. 54703, Dr Nakiran Natt is joined by Adeel Afzal from Lahore, Pakistan. Adeel is a digital content creator and social commentator. He uses social media very effectively to raise important issues pertinent to Pakistani politics and society. In this episode he gives us a glimpse of the public health scenario of Western Punjab. The region of Punjab, divided by political borders between India and Pakistan, shares closely similar cultural spheres.
