My dear friends

I am happy to share my live recordings of one of the most magical night of my career so far.
I was invited to play in Oaxaca, Mexico together with Acid Pauli during 'Day of the dead' on 31st of oct 2015.
We played in some kind of old spanish church in the middle of the night. Because it was ‘the day of the death’ everybody was dressed like skelletons. They painted me as my dog Rivaldo, that passed away 3 months ago.
You can imagine playing in Mexico in a temple, on the day of the dead, with Acid Pauli, in front of Skelletons, while I was painted like my Rivaldo (and Martin had some kind of Jezus outfit) was pretty magical.

So I am excited to share with you the live recordings of this night.
I want to thank Mariana, ALKEMY and gem&bolt party w/ guest mezcal Amores and Meteoro to set up this night.
And all the people who came to show: you really made that temple come alive again!!

For the next iteration of our podcast series, we bring you Toulouse's interpretation of Lughat alRouh.

A note from Toulouse:
I got really tired of just mixing two songs with each other. Especially since digital mixing is really nothing hard. So I tried to experiment a bit. I added my Mac to the setup to get more options on how I can mix. I also changed key and length of most tracks before recording in order to provide a harmonic mix and to have more freedom when to mix in the next track and when to stop with the old one. Some of the tracks are mashups/edits especially made for this mix. The tracklist however lists every track individually in order it has occured.

Hey hey beautiful hummingbirds and forest-guards, our brother Daniel Sun created a stunningly live-mix full of multicultural tribe-vibez and flowing slow-tech grooves for us.

We'll take a look back to this so far spectacular intense year and see what happend to the seeds we've cared for the last months and thank for all the gifts and lessons we received. Let's say goodbye together to this wonderful summer with those great vibez by URUCUM. 

URUCUM is a downtempo project led by Daniel, a young Austrian Producer and Dj who got inspired through his travels to Latin America to translate the insights he collected there through living, connecting and working with the tribes and their sacred native medicine into organic-electronic music for the european crowd. The result is a special heart-opening and roots-nurturing accoustic gift from the etherical into the physical, that invites us to dance, pray, dream, heal and fly high with the mission to create togetherness for a world that offers peace, love and respect for all! Packed with flutes, hand drums and sacred chants URUCUM guides us through a sound-journey that sends us directly into a dreamscape of a tropical forest atmosphere. He is a skillful talent who published his amazing downtempo and medicine music on labels like NUMA, Resueño, Cosmovision Records, Ohxala Records & Mónada.
Daniel's mix is accompanied by Radka Tiarksova's „The Children Of Trees“ which perfectly mirrors the message and intention his heart beats for.
