The background rumble seems to cut off suddenly here. Can you roll it off more gradually?

I like the lead synth here -- a lot more unique than the typical supersaw. I wish it would come back again after the end of the second build, though, in a more extended melody line. That area feels kind of empty, and less epic than the breaks. You could mix it with the chord progression of the pulsing synth there to good effect, I think.

Riding Mary-Jane

About a month ago I bought myself a new mixer. This upload is just to show off what the new mixing console (Soundcraft Ghost) does to a track that's being run through it with a bit added tweaking on the EQ.

Tech Talk notes:

+ The track was sent out to the mixer using one stereo- and one mono bus.
+ Applied EQ on all three channels on the Ghost console, and downmixed them back to Logic. (Mono bus channel used to rebalance the super wide stereo image back to a less insane stereo field).
+ Applied a gentle limiter and rendered the file.
