Synth 1 - From Japan To The World. Synth 1 from Ichiro Toda is one of the most popular freeware vst plugins with the same architecture like the hardware synthesizer clavia nord lead 2. it's one of the first software synthesizers, that try to  emulate a hardware synthesizer. it is an old software synth, created in ~2002, so that the benifit is, that you could use many instances at once.

* 2 oscillators, FM modulation, ring modulation, sync, modulation envelope
* 4 types of filters, distortion
* 2LFO(synchronized with host)
* Arpeggiator (synchronized with host)
* Tempo delay (synchronized with host), stereo chorus/flanger
* Legato mode, portamento
* 16 notes polyphony
* 128 presets

To change the color into Anvil's Red Devil of synth 1 go to OPT and customize these settings:

In this sounddemo no external FX used except FerricTDS freeware limiter from varity of sound.
