Northern Ireland's Hammer and fast rising Zambian-Scottish talent KILIMANJARO team up for the first time on a brand new EP on Hammer’s Remmah label, backed by a pair of remixes from Australia's own Tornado Wallace.

After only one 2022 studio session, the pair quickly found Hamilton's Italo-driven house sound to be a perfect compliment to the Glasgow-raised & London-based La Cheetah resident's blend of Afro & Amapiano-inspired melody-driven rhythms.

KILIMANJARO's vocals provide the hand-in-the-air hooks that make the EP's original tracks the insistent dancefloor heaters that are already set favourites for the tightly-nit crew of DJs who have had the track early on. For the remixes, Lewie Day aka Tornado Wallace brings a breaks-based, densely layered sound that brings to mind the irresistible early work of The Chemical Brothers.

"Josh and I first met in Dundee years ago - as soon as he moved down to London we got the studio session going and hit it off immediately. We quickly found an easy working dynamic with Josh's real natural flow on the 808 - when Josh jumped on the mic we knew we had something we both loved, making a couple of bangers on the first day" - Rory Hamilton aka Hammer.

Detroit legend DJ T-1000 lands on Radio Slave’s Rekids Special Projects, backed with a remix from Hertz Collision.

DJ T-1000, aka Alan Oldham, is a multi-talented artist, label owner and graphic illustrator who has taken his unique techno visions to the world's best clubs and labels since the ‘80s. He has helped to showcase theMotor City sound worldwide, with acclaimed releases on vital electronic imprints such as BPitch Control,Tresor, and his own labels Pure Sonik Records, Generator Records, and Xfive.

He kicks off his EP for Radio Slave’s imprint with 'Klendathu,' a well-swung, high-pressure techno track with supple drums and fizzing synth stabs. It's stripped back and perfectly designed to hypnotise. Fresh from killer releases on Truncate and CLR, Hertz Collision flips 'Klendathu' into a kinetic and energetic cut with darker bass, fierce vocals, and a tangible sense of tension.

'Functionality' brings trippy synth loops and belting drums together, custom-built for strobe-lit dance floors. The superb 'Hood Tactics' follows with deep kicks, hard hits, and pulsing leads. The atmospheric and reflective 'We Shared A Moment' is a slower affair with emotive synths, airy vocals, and smooth rolls to round out another standout release from both DJ T-1000 and Rekids Special Projects.

Dj, producteur et directeur artistique du label et collectif Kluster, oMe incarne le renouveau de la scène techno parisienne avec une techno mentale et groovy aux notes sombres et aux rythmiques architecturales. Influencé par la House industriel de détroit, et l'énergie des DJ de chicago. Il définit son univers et ses sets comme l’éternel confrontation entre la légèreté du plaisir et la gravité du monde qui nous entoure et nous plaque tête contre sol. « L’insoutenable légèreté de l’être » c’est en définitive ce titre de Milan Kundera qui exprime le mieux sa musique et sa personne.

He defines his universe and his sets as the eternal confrontation between the lightness of pleasure and the gravity of the world around us and places us head against the ground. 
«The unbearable lightness of being» it is ultimately this title of Milan Kundera that best expresses his music and his person.

During summer of 2023 we got the idea to unite norwegian and georgian producers to a compilation for the further enhancing of our nations bond. Rather than just asking for tracks, we sent out an invitation commisioning everyone involved to make a smooth track. As per usual on LEK, there were no limitations in terms of genre, but the track had to be somewhat relevant to the floor.

The total variety of different expressions far exceeded our expectations, and we are proud to present this compilation ranging all the way from deep dubby downtempo, party house, electro in many forms, and multi-crossovers.

Audio Space ქმნის მელოდიურ და მსუბუქი ჟღერადობის მუსიკას. მისი ძირითადი მუსიკალური მიმართულებებია House, Deep House, Disco და Minimal.
ამჟამად მუშაობს ახალ EP-ზე Mzesumzira Records-ისთვის და ახალ ალბომზე, რომელიც 2018 წელს გამოვა.

Audio Space, aka Nika Shengelia is the newest member of Mzesumzira Records. He started his musical career with the project Envelope Code in 2012. The two EP which were released as part of the project by German label Krata Records Substratum were mainly heavy and hypnotic techno. In 2015 Nika realised he was ready for major changes and created a brand new musical project Audio Space which he used to broaden the musical range and not to be limited to a particular genre. Audio Space creates melodic and light sounds, which can be labeled as House, Deep House, Disco and Minimal. Currently he's working on a new EP for Mzesumzira Records and on his new album which will be released in 2018.
