With this next mix in the Tech Affect series, I want to highlight that the track selection isn’t based on popularity — quite the opposite. It’s made up of tracks that, in my opinion, are often overlooked and definitely deserve more attention. The overall selection leans towards a darker and more technical vibe, which might appeal to a more discerning group of listeners.

If you’re into the technical side of drum and bass with a focus on sound detail, this mix definitely won’t disappoint.

Selekce je celkově temná a technická. Tahle fakta by mohla být pro náročnější skupinu posluchačů přitažlivá.

I started this remix for a contest organised by K A G E and SATURATE! in 2024.

Sadly my father had passed away a few months earlier…

Thanks to the contest team, I found a platform to unload some of that weight on my chest. The original track clicked right away for me and I jumped in heart first.

Oddly enough, the contest ended and my remix was played live on stream on June 2nd, which would’ve been my dad’s 65th birthday.

This track is dedicated to Alex.
