It’s time to welcome spring with the first episode of our new series. For this occasion we’ve invited Worg, an Italian artist based in Rome. Worg is a producer, sound designer, and live performer. This time he delivers the first live contribution to SALON.

Daring rhythm in combination with hypnotizing elements give life to a deep sound enveloped in a dark gloomy haze. Both complex and distinct sonorities are being explored to accompany the listener in a voyage through oneiric and spectral soundscapes. To achieve this Worg draws inspiration from dystopian places and fantasies located in imaginative habitats.

In 2018, he started his own label Lykos Records where he shares some of his creative output with great company. Other labels where he released his music are Northallsen Records, Illegal Alien Records and Circular Limited to name a few.

Former drummer, VBK builds her own universe focusing on dark and hypnotic sounds within a precise and agonizing techno. With atmospheric and rhythmic themes, her mixes are a mental adventure. Based in Berlin, she has already played alongside artists like Claudio PRC, Setaoc Mass, Blazej Malinowski, Joachim Spieth, Jacopo, A Sacred Geometry, Eric Fetcher, Stef Mendesidis, Newa, and many more. VBK mixes percussive techno she can relate to. Founder of Underrated Agency, VBK seeks to highlight underrated talents and share a new vision of techno music.

Enkō [Hayes Collective | Portugal]

An explorer of ambience and rhythm, Enkō has made his performance behind the decks a place for experimentation and elevation of dance music. Be it in closing sessions, long marathon sets or opening slots, the fluidity, drive and depth of Enkō’s sessions are bound to preserve the crowd’s interest and remain vivid after their finale. A core member of Portuguese flagship techno outfit Hayes Collective, founder of Ocaso and radio host at Rádio Quântica with Omtanke, Enkō’s musical output is diverse and should be viewed as an attempted form of communication, a bridge between emotion and reason, and especially as the oneiric alternative we all anticipate from a dance affair.

Ariet's music is inspired by altered states of consciousness and the music used for shamanic ceremonies. Ariet travels through distant lands, visiting various tribes and their curanderos, bringing healing and transformational vibrations into underground dance music. Ariet's sets are full of tribal rhythms, deep basslines and a mystical atmosphere that takes the listener on a journey into himself.
Ariet is the project from Michał Gutkowski. Dj, producer, and promotor from Poznań, Poland with nearly 7 yr of scene presence. He is @schron66 resident dj.
