He is the founder of the @impetustec label. From the groovy, deep and psychedelic, the diversity in sonic palette reflects the Australian physical landscape, vast spaces contrasted with sharp contorted edges.

This mix showcases a collection of @cobb3r upcoming productions feathered with tight, hypnotic techno. He wanted to have a rigid aesthetic focus on a more polished, tonal sound that has been pursuing over the past year.

For episode 65, we present Flora, a Stockholm-based DJ with Greek roots, known for her hardgroove and hypnotic techno sound that creates a groovy, sexy, and sweaty energy on the dancefloor. Having stepped behind the decks in 2023, she quickly made a name for herself with her unique blend of deep, rhythmic beats and captivating atmospheres.

Flora’s sets are a journey, intertwining driving basslines with hypnotic melodies. With a natural ability to read the crowd and build momentum, she brings a dynamic presence to every performance, crafting an atmosphere that keeps the dancefloor alive and the crowd fully engaged.

Interview with Flora: 

Q: What made you start DJing?
A:  A: I’ve always loved electronic music. My dad used to mix with vinyls at home, mostly house, so I basically grew up surrounded by electronic music. He was a big inspiration for me. As I got older, I started going to raves and getting more involved in the scene. That’s when I realized I didn’t just want to be on the dance floor, I wanted to be behind the decks, creating and sharing that energy myself.

Q: Describe your style in three words?
A: Bouncy, sweaty and sexy 

Q: Your best set in 2024/2025?
A:  My best set was when I played at Brutal on the 23rd of November, 2024. Everything just clicked.

Q: Your favourite track right now?
A: PLE_STICK - Maginification

Q: A track you never get tired of?
A:  Danny Wabbit - Girl Scout Cookies 

Q: A hidden gem in Stockholm you’d like to share
A: I’m not sure how ”hidden” this gem is but Spektrum.ug

A:  I’d like to give a shoutout to two artists: first of all, Valrik  and Heigo. Both of them have an incredible presence and confidence when they play, and it’s honestly super inspiring to watch them perform.

Promising label newcomer IGLO returns to Figure with his second EP this year, building on a distinct sonic identity shaped by a background in classical music and live performance. Across five tracks, he further refines his mix of atmospheric depth, precise rhythms, and melodic nuance.
This time, his own voice takes on a more central role, adding a personal and expressive layer to the productions. On opener Computed Love, restrained, longing vocals blend into squelchy synths and minimal grooves — hauntingly beautiful, yet gritty with rumbling machine funk. Determined follows with a more menacing tone, its sharp percussion cutting through a bleak, shadowy atmosphere — perfect for building tension on the floor.
On the flip, IGLO switches up the mood: Enter the State runs on hypnotic loops and chopped-up piano riffs, peppered with cheeky, spoken-word style vocals that nod to ghetto house traditions. It breaks into an irresistible, swinging groove that hits with full force.
Offering a smooth counterpoint, Enlighten drifts into dubby terrain. Soft, ricocheting vocal snippets and warm chords conjure a hopeful, human glow — a bouncy balm for the soul, without losing its forward momentum.
Digital bonus track Find Yourself closes the EP on a spacious, almost sci-fi note — twinkling synths and airy melodies float above crisp textures, like a breath of fresh air at the end of a long night.With X49, IGLO deepens his connection with Figure and sharpens his unique voice — equally grounded in introspection and dancefloor impact, continuing to shape a sound that’s thoughtful, bold, and marks him as one to watch.

Former resident of Nantes' Faktice parties, Askkin has found his creative home in Brussels where he's reviving Faktice as a label dedicated to sonic innovation. With releases on respected imprints like TWND, Nali, Maison Close, and NECHTO, this seasoned producer regularly appears on the line-ups at the legendary Fuse in Brussels and frequents some of Europe’s most renowned clubs, such as RSO, Machine du Moulin Rouge, Rotesonne, and XRDS Festival.

Born and raised in Cd Juarez, Chihuahua, Mexico, and now being based in CDMX, started on the underground scene of his birth city in 2017, founded his own collective “Hard Dance Radio” in Ciudad Juarez, as well as his label “Yōkai Records” in 2020, he’s also resident of the Troniic collective managed by Aliien Giirl in CDMX.

Passionate for vinyl, and oriented to raw, powerful, hard driven rhythms, his sound has been forged by the early and late 00s Techno era, always showcasing a honest, mad and unhinged energy, shaped by time, not by trends.
