Biography:

Transistor Band Started in 2009 by Nour Ebid and Mostafa Sami as Nour was the former Lead Guitarist and Founder of Ta2feel Masry Band and Mostafa was his colleague and neighbor. 
Nour get used to create songs workshop with Ali Alsohagy and his brother Yehia Alsohagy the wonderful songs writers and they have create a lot of pretty songs to Ta2feel Masry like (5'yal and Howa Eh) and after a while Nour recognized that he has many songs could be arranged to be presented by a new Band, at this moment Nour contacted Mostafa to form a new band. Then and after few days they met by chance Mahmoud Hefni who was the lead singer and actor in The College of Urban Planning, Cairo University. And he joined the team for a while but unfortunately he joined the Egyptian Army to be a Reserve officer. Then Nour Decided to check his close friends Sameh Shaaban (Drums), Sherif Habib (Lead Vocal and Rhythm Guitar), Abdelhamied Mohamed (Lead Vocal) and Sherif Salem (Bass Guitar), And Mohamed Salah (Percussion) Peter Estephanous (Keyboards).

After a while like every band Transistor faced a lot of barriers which make it too difficult to continue with this formation and they figured out the final formation where Mido Elbehiry joined as a Lead Vocal and he also a Trombone Player at Cairo Conservatory and he is one of the best Vocals in Biography:

After a while came one of the greatest additions to the band when Abdullah Sherif (Drummer) from "Musiphoria Band" agreed to join "Transistor Band" adding his own New age passion flavor to the Band's originals.
Then the time came for our favorite lead vocal "Mido" to start his own project after joining the band for 2 successful years luckily, "Nour" decided to take over the mic play both guitars & vocals.

Transistor plays the Alternative & Rock Genres with an original Egyptian Musical Soul. And the master feature of Transistor Band is all the songs have been created in a creative work shop form by the band's members and their close friends. 
Transistor Band discussed all the topics related to the Egyptian youth between the ages of 20 till 30.
