A brilliant blues covers band who came in and totally nailed all their parts, together in very few takes., including this classic by Etta James. Only vocals were done as an overdub.  We don't have links for them yet but watch out for Mother Blues.

A recording done for one of our cover bands that comes in.  Moneypenny are totally different in that they celebrate women in music, making them a great band for the pubs.

A bit of a strange reocrding in that we did it live, then added vocal over0dubs...so far so good.  Then the band had a line-up change and so we dropped in new keyboard parts.  Overall we think it worked a treat.

I TOUCH MYSELF by MONEYPENNY

we were delighted to again assist our good buddies in DanD.  We recorded the drums for them and then brought all the various home recorded elements together to do a final mix.....not strictly in the Transmission Room but in my own Living Room.  Happy with the results though.

DURANanDURAN CARELESS MEMORIES (in lockdown)

As an engineer, your job becomes much easier when you have a couple of hours with one amazing singer songwriter (Stephen) and one brilliant pianist (Paul).  What a beautiful thing they created here and Diane (engineer on this one) was only too happy to be involved.
