The Digital Services Act (DSA) Transparency Reports
The Digital Services Act (“DSA”) is an EU regulation that addresses illegal content, transparent advertising and disinformation.
At SoundCloud, we take our responsibilities under the DSA seriously. Our dedicated team works diligently to address reports of illegal content promptly while also implementing proactive measures to prevent its spread whenever possible.

EU Terrorist Content Online (TCO) Regulation Reports
The EU Terrorist Content Online Regulation (TCO Regulation) is European Union legislation aimed at combating the dissemination of terrorist content across online platforms. Below you will find SoundCloud's annual transparency reports in accordance with Article 7 of TCO Regulation in English.
The Network Enforcement Act / Netzwerkdurchsetzungsgesetz (NetzDG) Reports
The Network Enforcement Act is an act under German law that aims to enforce that social networks take down illegal content that has been reported to them.
The Network Enforcement Act/ Netzwerkdurchsetzungsgesetz (NetzDG) has been superseded by EU regulation, The Digital Services Act (“DSA”). Please see the above section for reports related to DSA.
