You can tell at about 6 months I struggled a bit more with pitch, there was a good 2 months where I really struggled to sing. I don't know if this happens to everyone but either way it does eventually pass. Sadly you just had to sing terribly until it does.

Hi, I'm a transman who's sharing his singing voice changes. I'm not a professional, I just enjoy singing. Some people think all trans men lose their singing voice after being on T -- relearning how to sing can be difficult, but it's not impossible.
