Ideologically, Armour Group align themselves in the firm tradition of the power electronics/death industrial genre- through their use of extreme minimal electronics accented by samples drawn from cult cinema that broadly reference serial killings, murder, disaster, misanthropy, immoral acts, relationships, love and betrayal. The totality of these important genre-specific elements aims to create an overall atmosphere of apocalyptic and existentially reactionary questioning as well as to incite feelings of euphoria and affirmation, whilst commenting on the way we currently process the impending demise of our current culture and natural surroundings.

Japan's Contagious Orgasm has been an unstoppable force within the underground in many intersecting and diverse areas of experimental electronic music, including noise, industrial, rhythmic noise, and ambient. Collaborating with such respected artists as MSBR, Guilty Connector, Bad Sector, Government Alpha and sharing releases with the likes of Atrax Morgue, Wolf Vostell, Brume and Telepherique to name a few.

Reiko Azuma is a writer and a performing artist. Born in Tokyo, Japan.
She joined Merzbow live unit regularly from 1989 to 1999 performing on electronics and voice and has been on countless releases and tours around the world. 
With a long spanning career, she has collaborated with many artists since 1983 including Astro, Yasutoshi Yoshida, Masami Akita, Achim Wollscheid, Kiyoshi Mizutani, Tetsuo Furudate, KK Null, Tomo and Tatsuya Yoshida amongst many others. Reiko also plays with Sumihisa Arima in the band Venus In Virgo.
