Tokyo-based producer/dj SEIMEI makes his Sorry Records debut with four slamming tracks touching on techno, breaks, robot vocal electro, and party rocking house. Only the second Sorry Records release from a non-US based artist in our nearly ten years of existence, Seimei's Tokyo Funky Breaks EP features a slammin remix from Seimei's brother and fellow young Japanese legend Carpainter in addition to a bonkers Florida Breaks remix from our friend and Baltimore-born, Brooklyn-based club music star JIALING (a.k.a. BIG J).

Co-founder of seminal Japanese dance music collective/label TREKKIE TRAX, Seimei has been a tireless force in the Japanese dance underground for over a decade now. TREKKIE TRAX's catalog is absolutely massive -- 190 releases and counting, over 800 tracks of all shapes and sizes released with DIY care and love over the last 10 years. Seimei's productions have been released on superb labels like Moveltraxx, WET TRAX, Midnight Cult, Top Billin Music, Akihabara Heavy Industry Inc.
