Flesh EP sees LUCRE push further into a stripped-down and uncompromising strain of techno. Across four tracks, the producer carves out a raw and hypnotic sound built on weighty basslines, relentless percussion, and a dark, immersive atmosphere.

This is techno at its most physical, minimal in structure but maximal in impact. Each track is driven by repetition and pressure, gradually pulling the listener into a state of tension and release. The result is a body-focused experience that thrives in shadowy, late-night spaces, where intensity is everything and time dissolves into rhythm.

With Flesh EP, LUCRE presents their most direct and forceful work to date, solidifying a sound that is visceral, hypnotic, and impossible to ignore.

Founded in 2000 by Spanish techno icon @cristianvarela, the now esteemed Black Codes Experiments imprint has, over the past two decades, forged itself a firm reputation as one of the most prestigious, forward-thinking labels on the international electronic music circuit.

Home to some of underground techno’s biggest hitters (Regis, Mark Broom, The Advent, Ken Ishii, Takaaki Itoh, Tensal, P.E.A.R.L and Arnaud Le Texier to name just a few) and often given the same reverence as labels such as Tresor, R&S and Music Man, what Cristian and his label partner Ian Axide have built over the past twenty years is nothing short of remarkable.

Now, as the label looks to continue this fine run of form into the new decade, Cristian’s long time label mate Ian Axide unveils his incredible new EP ‘Close To Hell’. A four-part package showcasing the very best in underground techno, Ian’s EP will be released on April 24. 

Best known for delivering highly experimental sounds and hypnotic atmospheres with a uniquely underground treatment, Black Codes represents a beacon of consistency and musical innovation as it continues to earn widespread international support from a growing legion of dedicated fans and techno followers the world over.

Matheus Rocha is a raising techno producer based in São Paulo, Brazil, mainly focused on productions with industrial essence and energy. He is also one of Under Division founders, a label and active crew of São Paulo's techno scene. 

Following singles released by Compacto Records, Kaligo Records, Cartel Recordings, and Screw Records, his debut EP titled "Niko" brings the name in memory of his uncle.

Glasgow based Techno force and @animal-farm  residents, Quail & AISHA (@roseaisha), team up once again for their second EP on @soma with the "Leatherbound" EP.

After debuting earlier this year with "The Fall" EP, the pair have continued their creative work in the studio and deliver on high octane & intense Techno based workouts, taking inspiration from fast, modern rave and tougher edged sounds. The EP is further backed from French new blood and fellow Soma Records cohort Felicie, who turns in a hard-hitting and rawer interpretation of title track Leatherbound.

Title track Leatherbound hammers hard and fast with an electrified main hook and tripped out vocal samples - with Felicie upping the tempo and grafting her own fervent sound onto the original. Closing out with Hidden Form, a more rolling and pulsing vibe takes over with hints of euphoria throughout.
