Bristol label-turned-blog Innate launches a new sub-label, Innate Editions, which it says is dedicated to timeless UK techno, IDM, electro and ambient music, and it will all come on heavyweight vinyl. The first release revives Connective Zone's Palm Palm, a millennium-era cult classic and Ben UFO favourite that first came out on Mark Broom and Dave Hill's Unexplored Beats in 2001. Now, this long-out-of-print, expensive and hard to find gem has been remastered by Jamie Anderson and so sounds superb with many lavish electronic layers, richly emotive melodies and dynamic drums that lean on UK techno, IDM, and deep electro. Sounds as good now as it ever did.

Descripción: El berkelio es un elemento químico con símbolo Bk y número atómico 97. Es un metal radiactivo perteneciente a la serie de los actínidos y fue descubierto en 1949 en la Universidad de California, Berkeley, de donde toma su nombre. Se obtiene de forma artificial mediante la bombardeo de americio con partículas alfa en reactores nucleares, y no se encuentra en lanaturaleza de manera significativa. Es un metal plateado y blando, aunque su apariencia se conoce principalmente por predicciones teóricas debido a su radiactividad y a las pequeñas cantidades en las que se produce. Desde una perspectiva simbólica se le puede asociar con procesos de transmutación profunda y con el uso responsable del poder, recordando que la energía contenida en la materia es capaz de generar grandes cambios, pero requiere sabiduría y cuidado en su manejo. 

Dismal es el proyecto del artista, productor y DJ de Valdivia, Chile. Su trabajo se centra en la música electrónica con un enfoque analógico, combinando texturas ácidas, percusiones con groove y atmósferas repetitivas. Ha participado en proyectos con sellos como Planet Tapes, Hoarder, KMA60, Binary Sound y Neptune Record. Además, impulsa el proyecto Trauma Parlante, una plataforma que mezcla música electrónica y arte visual en un espacio de resistencia contracultural.
