Welcome to "The Harmonious Journey: Lions Gate Portal 2023" a 432Hz, Chakra Balancing Trio. Today, we explore the powerful alignment of the Lions Gate Portal, the healing frequency of 432Hz, and the transformative energy of the Root, Throat, and 3rd Eye Chakras. So, let's dive in.

The Lions Gate Portal, which occurs every year between July 26th and August 12th, is a cosmic alignment that connects Earth and the spiritual realm. During this time, especially on August 8th, a heightened flow of energy is released, allowing us to access higher consciousness and spiritual growth.

432Hz, also known as the frequency of nature, has a soothing effect on our vibrations. It resonates with the natural rhythm of the universe, promoting relaxation, harmony, and balance. I welcome you to the second part of this Elemental Sound Journey series, the FiRE PORTAL 🔥🦁

🌀 I invite you to imagine yourself waking up in nature, hearing the gentle sounds of the first morning birds sharing their songs. Dawn is coming and with the sweetest melody we call the sun to rise up and first light piercing through the clouds, kissing your skin. 

🦜✨ Birds becoming more lively, flowers gently opening their petals, while rays of light are drying the morning dew from the grass and leaves of trees. What an innocent feeling time and time again, but how many days in this lifetime do you really cherish this magical moment that happens every single day?

☀️ Grandfather Sun, life giver of earth is fueling to our spirit. The mysterious life force within each of us. Our power to live, to create and walk a path constant transformation. 

💫 Close your eyes and find the silence between the sounds, let your soul song emerge from the deepest part of yourself. Can you hear the frequency emanating from the eternal flickering flame that burns inside of you?  

🔥 Sit with me by the fire and remember who you are! Gathered around the fire we contemplate and celebrate, we sing, drum and dance. We have learned to work with fire, to control fire, to destroy with fire and alchemize with fire. We worship fire because without fire - without sun - without the spirit inside of us we would not be.

🌙✨ Back in the dark where all has begone we rest and let the fire burn to ashes and ambers, calling in the night with one last song. A song of gratitude, of playfulness and curiosity of what’s next?

The power within us, our purest birthright.

🌳🍃 Air whispers in trees, its message is clear,
God’s voice in the breeze, a presence so near.
On warm summer days, it speaks through the leaves,
A soft-spoken secret that none can deceive.

🍂🍁 As seasons turn over, the winds start to change,
Autumn’s cool breezes feel subtle, yet strange.
A promise of shifts we can’t see but we know,
The spirit of Air guides us where we must go.

🌪️ And when Earth roars loud, in hurricanes’ wrath,
We’re humbled, reminded of nature’s own path.
With passion and power, it tears through the land,
Forcing respect with its wild, fierce hand.

Like love, reborn stronger from trials set free.
New breath fills our lungs, fresh hope fills the air—
