Give It To Me

I feel like i'd like to give a little backstory to this song I'm about to drop...
I've been writing/recording/performing music for 10 years this year. Throughout this time music has taken me on a roller coaster of emotions. I've felt on top of the world and I've felt low as dirt. Ive felt freed by the lyrics i've written and caged by some situations I put myself in. Ive met so many amazing people and quite a few bad ones as well. Ive touched peoples hearts and had strangers touch mine. I have healed and hurt people with my words and changed lives. Ive traveled the US and earned opportunities others could only dream of.

That being said the life of an artist can be just as much a curse as it is a blessing. There may be days where we feel the love and support and truly believe were going to make it. And there are also times when the buzz fades and you wonder if anybody is even listening anymore. Its at these times you have to dig deep, remember why you made music in the first place and push on for yourself with no encouragement and no help.

This song is my best attempt at capturing this ride so far.
I truly hope u all will enjoy it.
