"You Are a Spring" is an SATB Choral anthem by Travis Boyd, published by Lifeway's Church Street Press. "Jesus, My Redeemer" is an SATB Choral anthem with lyrics and arrangement by Travis L. Boyd and published by Shawnee Press.  It uses the traditional Irish hymn tune known as "Slane" ("Be Thou My Vision") with a completely new text.. The accompaniment features a flowing motif, which recurs throughout the piece and is sure to appeal to your pianist. “Jesus, My Redeemer” contains wonderful harmonies that emphasize a rich text, thanking and praising the Savior for our redemption and grace.

"Children of Light"  is an SAB Choral anthem in an upbeat style.  It has been recorded by the InOvation youth choir of Nicoma Park 1st Baptist Church on their CD entitled "Children of Light" and by the Salvation Army's Pasadena Tabernacle Songsters on their "New Day" CD.  The lyric are a statement of faith and a challenge to live as the light of Christ.   This recording is not the publisher's studio demo.  It is the Pasadena Tabernacle Songster's recording, which is unique because their director commissioned Travis to do an orchestration specifically for this recording.

Music is meant to be shared as a means of expression that goes beyond mere words.  My goal is to be a good steward of the music God gives through me.  Whether I am singing to God in personal worship or sharing the music God gives through worship at my church, the end result is returning praise to the Creator of music and the One who gives me a reason to sing.
