Castle is kinda the dnb stage at Womp so at 2am this was definitely one of my most turbo sets of the year. Little bit of everything, but mostly D&B. Truth be told I've wanted to do a bassy, grimey, street mix for a looong time but it only recently felt like the right moment. The title on this mix came first, born from a friendly photoshop from the homie @hogue-official. Almost all of the samples in here were ripped from Grand Theft Auto - San Andreas, as I wanted to thematically match the title to its contents, and it was a really fun exercise in sample digging and placement.

I hope you enjoy this foray into Halftime, Hip-Hop, Grime, Glitch, Trap, Phonk, and Bass music! And let me know if you like this vibe, cause maybe I'll do more like this 😊
