The begining of this track i was like "banger!" but i let it ride to see wargwan and this part caught me differently!! fantastic beat fantastic vocals and the harmonies👌 Quality track mate, fully gassed me up to my feet and buss two steps and this is like the 20th time iv reloaded it bk to 51:27. Some 6 years ago Mickey decided to start producing his own sounds and this soon led to his first release on Relish Records while being charted by The Magician in his ‘Magictapes’ has helped put the spotlight on Mickey in recent years.

As a producer Mickey has fast become a force of his own. Playing all instruments himself Mickey has already done some song writing for other bands and continues to grow as a producer. After his first E.P. he surprised the world with killer remixes for Housse de Racket on Kitsune, Tyson & Beni, Sebastian Tellier, Claptone, amongts others.

He's currently signed to Berlin based leading House label 'Exploited Rec'. His first single 'Walk Away' came out on the 18th of November 2013. The follow up 'Sweet Baby, released on the 21st of April 2014 was topping all charts and made into the label best sellers of the year. 2015 was definitely Mickey’s breaktrough year with 2 more strong releases (You Know The Beat & Disco Lights) on Exploited Rec and Dj performances allover the world.

Monitor 66's arrival on our radar has been less like a faint blip getting stronger and more like the last minute realisation of impending meteor impact, a bit like the film 'Deep impact' only not rubbish. The three Swedish gentlemen that make up 'Monitor 66' have been responsible for one of our favourite tunes of the summer and indeed our first single release 'Triscuits'. Our new housemates are here for the long haul outputting a string of top quality remixes and playing more and more gigs around europe.

Todays mix from the trio stays true to their manifesto, that they "Make music for sunsets". Its got a classic heavy selection that will keep the nostalgia muscle pumping and the warmth flooding in. Beginning with an eerie confidence and a cold bleak soundscape to set the scene, the soul starts to creep in, melting the ice with the familiar tones of Sister Sledge with an edit spin. The mix moves nicely from classics to more contemporary edits and house with highlights including Move D's amazing 'Untitled 1' and Rayko's 'Just A Little Bit Of Love'. We caught up with the guys to ask them a few questions bout who they want to slap, who's the best DJ and........turles.
