Electronic music duo founded February 23rd, 1984 in Leningrad, USSR (now St. Petersburg, Russia).

Igor Ver and Valery Alakhov managed to release 23 albums, including collaborations with Pete Namlook and Brian Eno. The duo also appeared at many venues and parties, starting with the iconic parties in the planetarium,Fontanka 145 and  tunnel club. 

February 23rd 2024 was the duo's fortieth anniversary ,New Composers are still in the game.
