Sacred Ceremony

1046 enters the deepest chambers of his astral core with CELESTIALSHIP, a cosmic prelude shaped by the emotional architecture of PARTYNEXTDOOR’s PARTYMOBILE—but translated into pure celestial frequency.

Crafted in isolation, this EP captures the poet during a transformative phase where darkness became instruction, silence became fuel, and the universe became collaborator. Guided by the higher Toronto 2046 tap—his uncle’s elevated frequency—1046 records foundational poetry meant for the cosmos, not just the studio walls.

CELESTIALSHIP unfolds through three poem-track titles that form the emotional spine of the journey:

“Split Decision” — the soul fracture

“Loyal” — the eternal vow

“The News” — the cosmic notice

These three titles mark the poet’s internal shift as he prepares for his full poem album dropping this month. They map the moment his spirit split open, the vow he made to the void, and the message the universe sent back.

In April 2019 IN SPIRIT – A holistic music production retreat was facilitated in the jungle of Bali close to Ubud. The idea behind it was to combine the technical side of music production with the practical side of channelling divine inspiration trough meditation, qi gong, breath work and voice embodiment with the goal to create music that is a unique soul expression, inspiring and healing and has the power to uplift the frequency of the planet. The result of this magical co-creative experience can be heard on this compilation. Most of the participants have had little or no music prodcution experience at all before but thanks to a very efficient schedule and passionate teachers they each ended up with a fully finished unique track.

One of the things that I love about playing for Asheville Movement Collective's Sunday Dance is the invitation to set an intention or theme to one's dj set. I drew inspiration from the first I'Ching hexagram.

Ch’ien / The Creative

The creative power of dance is available to us now. Let any frantic activity of the mind dissolve into the dance with open receptivity. 

Explore dance, movement, breath, stillness and wonder. Explore your “yes.” Explore your “no.” Explore your light. Explore your shadow. Open your heart. All is forgiven with love and compassion.

Let us gather again, on this sacred dance floor. 

What this mix has to offer is a journey, a time and space to move and be moved. To let old patterns that no longer serve you to pass over and on, with ease and grace. To make more room for the expansion of your gifts and dreams. 

To balance your wild spirit and woke mind.

How often the Golden Sparrow is overlooked, its power taken for granted. Although it is small, the sparrow is both powerful and productive. It’s resilience and integrity shows us that we do not have to be big to make a difference. We don't need the best and biggest things in order to be happy. The sparrow totem reminds us that our self-worth can come from our energy and passion for the simple things that fill us with motivation and love. Follow the flight of the sparrow, listen to its song, and look for the joy of a simple life.

This set was recorded and played for an online virtual dance event for the Asheville Movement Collective. It's always an honor and pleasure to provide these journeys. Thank you for your support and for dancing. <3
