A distinguished sound artist with an extensive filmography including Apocalypse Now, Scarface, and The Godfather Part III, Andy Aaron has amassed a treasure trove of sound effects over his long tenure in the industry. Given exclusive access to Aaron’s original DAT tapes, Pro Sound Effects reverently transferred and restored decades’ worth of material, curating the most inspiring selections and adding detailed metadata for maximum efficiency. Highlights include a menagerie of animals ranging from ocelots to elephants, classic-sounding bullwhip cracks and whooshes, and a selection of whimsical cartoon mouth sounds. Ambiences range from untouched forests and swamps to characterful recordings from NYC’s iconic San Gennaro Festival.
