This was the first ever Kootenay Yoga Festival.
Although the event was online this time, the weekend went off with out a snag! So many phenomenal speakers and teachers.
I was grateful to be a part of this creative event by offering a mix especially created for this moment while Joe Nillo, on the gram @josephdavidnillo painted a live digital art piece.

Full Power

My opening set from the beautifully mellow Crystal Creek 2019 gathering, near Roberts Creek on the unceded traditional territory of the Shishalh(Sechelt) and Skwxwu7mesh (Squamish) First Nations. This set was the start to a very nice weekend and a great opportunity to play some music aimed more at the ears and heart than the dancefloor; originally played from 8-9pm as the sun set through the trees. This is a home recording from my saved history, with a few extra tunes that didn't make it into the live set but felt right as I recorded it taking up the last 15 minutes. Hope you enjoy and that it brings you the feeling of dancing, listening or simply being in the beautiful forests of the pacific northwest coast. Much thanks to @michaelred for organizing and having me out to play.
