In a time when we all need a party, one man has tirelessly dedicated his time and energy into keeping the vibe alive and compiled a whopping 15 track collection of psychedelic masterpieces for all the psychonauts out there!  Nano Records boss-man, Regan, has pooled together 25 artists in this the second in his 'Keep it Psychedelic' compilation series, showcasing sounds of many Nano Records artists and close friends.  Made to be played from start to finish in a musical journey, Keep it Psychedelic vol. 2 is filled with deep trippy atmospheres to moments of euphoria, and is sure to pull you along for the ride as the sonic landscapes play out all around you. 

When listing all the artists who make up this release alongside one another you would be easily forgiven for thinking you were looking at a world class festival lineup, featuring : Altruism, Avalon, Braincell, Burn in Noise, Chromatone, Cylon, Earthspace, Ingrained Instincts, Ital, Kobi, Laughing Buddha, Magik, Mandala, Mandelbrot, ManMadeMan, Martian Arts, Pogo, Sybarite, The Commercial Hippies, Tristan, Tron, Vertical, Waio, Zephirus Kane, and Regan are all in the mix here.

Fast forward a decade >>> and those marvellous but mischievous MANDELBROS (Lucas and Celli) have teamed up with their old friend Riktam of GMS in Ibiza to remix this psytrance classic!

STATIC MOVEMENT is back on Iono Music series.

Static Movement is made up by Shahar Shtrikman, born in 1984 and living in Israel.
Heres his story.

Shahars involvement in music started in the early childhood, sounds of the piano in the living room, and his mother, (a great classical music player and teacher), being a great influence to him.

Six years old, he was playing piano and liked it a lot. In the year 1996, while he discoverd goa trance, Shahar sat down with some friends, who showed him “Impulse Tracker”, a program for producing music. After some time of initial producing, he started a new goa trance project under the name “Impulser”.

After experimenting with various sequencers Shahar decided to study sound engineering to become professional. In 2006 he moved to Tel Aviv and started his studies at “yoav gera sound school”. Meanwhile he was working in a recording studio named “Oz studios” for two years. There he gained alot of experience, recording punk rock, metal, alternative rock among other genres, using both analog and digital equipment.

In 2011 Shahar started to produce progressive trance and instantly realized that this was what he was looking for, to express his feelings music wise and write music with story telling, in combination with his piano skills. From the begining it became obvious that Shahar were in for something big. He have since been releasing alot of his music with the best labels in the world, and his project Static Movement quickly became sought after in many parts of the global map, like Australia, Europe and South America, gaining him alot of fans around the world in the process.

In early 2014 Static Movement were signed exclusivly to Iboga Records.

STATIC MOVEMENT | Iono Music Showcase #23 | 08/02/2018

This is my set recorded at the Synaptic Eclipse on tour in Osnabrueck, Germany, on 19th January 2019. I played after Sensient (Zenon Records) and before Pantomiman (Looney Moon Records) so I tried my best to make a good transition, starting with 138 BPM and finishing with 146 BPM, my favourite kind of Journey <3
