Multi-talented musician, DJ, producer and @underdogsofmusic collective member @djbernardocampos returns to Brazilian label for a solo release that comes with a remix by Detroit's @rick-wade. Rio de Janeiro's Campos is one half of the boogie-disco-funk duo Nu Azeite alongside Fabio Santanna. This year, they released an excellent album on Get Physical's sister imprint Cocada Music that was full of richly musical Latin American grooves. Campos is also one of the best house and disco DJs in his home city, and a resident of the famous RARA party and Pato com Laranja bar who has a wealth of experience. The excellent solo material here follows his collaborative outing with ICLE and Bruce Leroys back in June.

Prolific Detroit legend Rick Wade remixes 'Desejo'. He is a master of laying down chunky, infectious drums on labels like Harmonie Park, Shall Not Fade and Rawax. His cosmic version is laced with balmy chords and a knotted, deeply funky bassline. There are steamy female vocals delivered in Portuguese to bring some extra Latin flair and the whole thing is beautifully seductive.

Através de colaborações recentes com nomes lendários da house mundial como Dj Spen, Mr. V, Opolopo, Qubiko e além é claro de pratas da casa como Renato Cohen, o artista vem chamando atenção para suas produções e selos que por onde lança, tanto que recentemente recebeu suporte da Defected Radio Show, um dos maiores e mais tradicionais selos de House Music da atualidade. O artista multifacetado teve um período importante de sua trajetória marcada  por sua residência na Europa onde em Barcelona conquistou espaço na cena underground catalana alcançando residências e apresentações em tradicionais clubs como City Hall, Razzmatazz e o lendário Macarena Club, além de apresentações no festival ADE em Amsterdam, considerada hoje a principal semana da música eletrônica do mundo. Gustavo Fk é também um dos fundadores da festa TRAxX, evento que deixou sua marca na capital federal trazendo nomes como Stephan Bodzin, Catz ´N Dogz, Jesse Perez e muitos outros. O Dj e produtor também realiza um trabalho de curadoria onde através de sua própria gravadora, a Tree Sixty One, vem lançando artistas de todo o mundo como Lesny Deep, Bonetti, Deeplomatik, Karmina Dai, Soledrifter e muitos outros. Gustavo Fk @ Chicago Calling #133 - Brazil

After a 2022 of great music and the debut of some worldwide legends on the electronic music business on Tree Sixty One, we are happy to start this new year with a brand new release presenting two new great artists on our label.

We are talking about the EP 'Samba Na Casa Da Tia Ciata' by one of the most vibrant and active artists from the new generation in Brazil, Bernardo Campos. Born and based in Rio de Janeiro, Bernardo delivered us two different and beautiful tracks. The song that gave name to the EP, brings a nice deep and introspective journey around a very particular and special sample that talks about the old days in Rio de Janeiro when some meetings were happening at the house of 'aunt Ciata', a black woman who lived between the 19th and beginning of 20th century, who was an influential and important figure fighting against the police repression to samba on those days, and how important that was for Brazilian culture.

This EP just couldn't get better, as we also signed a special remix from one of the finest producers in the business at the moment, mister T. Markakis. Born in Greece, but based in Germany, a country that fueled his passion for DJing and for crafting immense music, T.Markakis interpretation's of 'Samba Da Casa Da Tia Ciata' was a more progressive and underground extended trip and we definitely could feel the influence from German electronic music on it. 

Last but not least, the second original track from Bernardo named 'Seven Lucky' is a more jazzy song with a very nice piano, bringing that smooth and groovy vibe that we all love. 

Check it out all these tunes from this connection between Brazil and Europe, released right in time for the first carnival after three years of pandemic times. We hope you can spice up your sets with one of these cool tunes. Cheers!

Artist Bio:
With a career of 15 years and supported by an incredible research of House, Disco and Soulful Music, Guto Fernandez has been representing Brazil in Europe for a decade, having performed in key clubs and festivals such as Jackies, La Terrazza, Eden Ibiza, Razzmatazz and Amsterdam Dance Event, having presented his rich vibrational sets that travel between hedonistic grooves, retro futuristic sounds and different layers of Deep, Soulful and Disco, alongside global legends such as Louie Vega and Kevin Saunderson. One of the founders and partners of Tree Sixty One record label, Guto is also a producer and a creative mind on projects such as Haus.it , FRENESIE, RiZE, in addition to his parallel duo, the Masters On Vacation, and have recently signed one track on Midnight Riot, one of the most respected House Music labels from the UK, to be released in the beginning of May this year.

Gustavo FK:  
His one of the prominent Brazilian House Music producers in the country today. Through recent collaborations with legendary names in the global house scene such as Roland Clark, Dj Spen, Mr. V, Opolopo, Qubiko, as well as local talents like Renato Cohen, this artist has been drawing attention to his productions and labels wherever he releases his music.
