TREGAMBE label boss Juliet Fox provides her imprint with a double-edged fiery single titled ‘Dad’s Backyard’, coming equipped with a tasty B-side remix courtesy of PER PLEKS. 

Juliet’s Dad’s Backyard is where the inspiration for the track’s hypnotic journey comes from, with the trippy colourful artwork giving an insight into what was witnessed in this very space. Within the track, Juliet has interwoven field recordings taken in her Dad’s backyard whilst in Australia last year. These sounds include native birds and insects, with the kookaburra being the main feature. As ever Juliet’s homeland remains close to her heart and during production she also thought back to the many things she has seen and enjoyed in the same backyard - whether it be kangaroos, the vast gum trees, the sprawling wattle bushes and the odd koala or two.

The remix of the track comes from German producer PER PLEKS, whom Juliet began speaking with a few months back about working on something together. Thankfully they decided to get this remix done and the result is a thumping, high-energy interpretation of Juliet’s original work. It is simply a dance floor destroyer, one which we are incredibly proud to have on TREGAMBE.

NANCY Live provides a new behemoth double-sided single titled ‘Psymon Psays’, forthcoming on Juliet Fox’s label TREGAMBE. 

NANCY Live (Lauren) caught Juliet’s attention a few years ago; her energy and crazy amount of creativity being the main hook. One thing which particularly stood out for Juliet was a video of Lauren using her nose to trigger a drop on a piece of hardware while playing a live set.

The pair eventually connected earlier this year through mutual contacts, and Lauren sent some music over to Juliet to check out. Juliet began to road-test the tracks in her sets and each time they would get a wonderful response. 

Fast forward to now, and we’re delighted to welcome another smiling, positive and happy ball of energy to the label; we can’t wait to see dancefloors worldwide moving to these tracks. Welcome to the label Lauren!

Tokyo-born and based Risa Taniguchi lays down her latest quartet of compositions for TREGAMBE titled ‘Our Deepest Fear’, typifying her visceral, dark techno energy, condensed into a cutting-edge, contemporary package.

Risa first came onto Juliet’s radar last year following on from her amazing Kneaded Pains EP. Juliet and Risa then met in Tokyo last December when Juliet dropped in for a gig and over Tokyo’s finest sushi, their friendship blossomed with the pair playing later that evening together. As soon as Risa sent some tracks over, they connected to Juliet immediately as they tell a story, one which we can’t wait to share! Welcome to the TREG fam, Risa.

TREGAMBE rounds off 2023 with a 6 track cutting edge VA featuring some of the freshest talent from across the world. After a successful series of artist releases this year, the TREGAMBE family is ever expanding as the VA sees Juliet welcome a raft of new producers on top of the 5 who have delivered a debut solo EP from July this year.

Handpicked by the boss, we go once more across the globe doubling the TREG alumni as we introduce: Bjørnson (Germany), Clif Jack (Italy), Victoria.52 (France), Mark Wildman (Australia), TØDV (Australia) and Datcher (UK) on the debut VA entitled HITS: HARDER. As ever with each release on the label, Juliet is always conscious to build a connection with both the artist and their music. Naturally, the VA is no different with all of the tracks being a big part of Juliet's sets across the last few months.

It is with great pleasure that the label is able to showcase such a talented group of producers. We're sure this isn't the last you'll hear of these artists on TREGAMBE, but for now enjoy the music.

Amsterdam-based DJ and Producer Luv Dr. debuts on TREGAMBE with his new single ‘Take Your Time With It’.

Luv Dr. not only makes this debut on the label but it will also be the first release for this artist under this moniker, as James Haidak (aka RSRRCT) changes lanes and kicks off a brand new creative project that encompasses music, visual art and motion graphics, all with a 90s aesthetic.  

'Take Your Time With It' is a fusion of modern techno and nineties trance, as celestial melodic elements are laid over a driving and rolling rhythm, taking the listener on a profound journey.

TREGAMBE kicks off a brand new chapter with a refreshed look, new branding and the return of label boss Juliet Fox to the schedule, with this two-track single ‘When We Touch’. The Original Mix is accompanied by the Dark Turn Hard Mix, reminiscent of the format seen on her ‘Techno In Space’ single released last year.  

On the Original Mix, Juliet propels us into the stratosphere with her flawless blend of techno and trance. The track commences with an atmospheric intro, seamlessly transitioning into a punchy kick and rolling bassline, establishing a driving energy from the outset. As the track progresses, Juliet’s distinctive vocals emerge, infusing a captivating aura into the mix, accompanied by ethereal sounds that transport the listener into outer space. Building momentum and leading to the main breakdown, an epic trance lead gradually takes centre stage, evoking an emotional and euphoric climax before stripping things back for the drop, leaving behind only the pulsating energy of the kick and bass. In the track's final stages, the energy intensifies with crisp drum elements, while the mesmerizing vocals and otherworldly sounds gracefully dance around the stereo field.

On the Dark Turn Hard Mix, Juliet takes the track to harder and darker waters. The foundations are laid with stomping and distorted drums, accompanied by haunting synths and pulsating rave stabs. Once again, Juliet’s captivating vocals can be heard throughout. The result is a rawer and more industrial version, which is sure to destroy any dancefloor around the world.

TREGAMBE also lands in Sydney on the 12th of April to host its first-ever showcase featuring Juliet Fox alongside TREG family members Mark Wildman and TØDV, as it partners with Sydney-based Black Noir.

Rhygar & Stëh have joined forces to unveil an exhilarating two-track single titled 'Dark Secrets' for Juliet Fox's esteemed TREGAMBE label. This powerful release blurs the lines between genres, seamlessly blending techno and trance elements.

The 'Dark Secrets’ single follows their debut collaborative release, which received support from notable artists such as Clara Cuvé, I Hate Models, and 999999999, among others.

The opening track of the single 'Enigma' boasts a pulsating low-end, driven by a punchy kick drum and an acid-infused bassline, laying the groundwork for the entire composition. Complementing these elements is a poignant pad and lead, imbuing the track with emotional depth. Additionally, ethereal and dark effects evoke a futuristic atmosphere, while tribal and celestial vocals introduce a human dimension. Together, these components form a seamless fusion of techno and trance, creating a finely balanced sonic experience.

The closing track, 'Run and Scream,' amps up the intensity, delving into harder and more chaotic territory. A heavy, thick kick drum merges with a driving, pumping bassline, crafting a formidable and prominent low-end. Over this solid foundation, a call-and-response rave lead weaves its way, countered by an emotive arpeggio. To top it off, a dark and futuristic vocal adds the final touch to this dynamic blend of hard techno and psytrance.

For TREGAMBE’s 20th release, Juliet Fox invites the German duo ANDATA, who unveil the colossal single ‘Ecstasy.’

The dynamic duo from Hamburg is swiftly making waves in the techno and trance scene with standout releases on prominent labels. One of their most notable achievements was their recent collaboration with label boss Juliet, resulting in the monumental single 'Velvet Tears.' Their tracks have also garnered support from industry giants such as Adam Beyer, Amelie Lens, Indira Paganotto, and Funk Tribu.

Their single ‘Ecstasy’ masterfully fuses trance, techno, and rave into a vibrant and innovative track. TREGAMBE return for the 21st release on the label courtesy of Swiss born and American based DJ & producer Yves Nager, and his production partner Mark Jermann, jointly known as Audioklinik.
 
Having stumbled across the rave scene in the mid ‘90s, Yves Nager has been a familiar name in the techno and trance scenes across Europe for the best part of three decades. Known for their driving productions, the Audioklinik pseudonym made a return in 2023 and immediately caught attention from heavyweights in the scene such as CJ Bolland, Cristian Varela, Dax J, Daria Kolosova, Marcel Fengler & further afield.
 
The two-track release opens with ‘Trillium’. A fast-paced concoction of heavy percussion, cutting filters and crashing cymbals. ‘Third Dimension’ follows suit and like its forebearer, takes no prisoners opening with a full suite of techno effect. Echoed synths bouncing off hallowed hallways shimmer over the rattling percussion underneath before a heavily distorted voice carries us through the rest of the pummeling track.
