By day, I'm a hard working business owner, consultant, speaker, executive coach and soon to be author who's all about helping individuals and organizations succeed.  I'm a passionate people advocate trying to change the world one person, one family, one team, one organization at a time.  Whether it's your personal or professional life, my passion is helping you to get from where you are to where you want to be!  As I'm on my own journey of growth and transformation and trying to figure out how to be the best, most authentic version of myself, I want to share my lessons, expertise, knowledge, passion and strategies with you.  

Both me and my company exist for the purpose of doing just that!  I have over 17 years of experience working with and for domestic and international companies like McKesson Corporation, Georgia-Pacific/Koch Industries, NASCO, Prudential and The Coca-Cola Company, SunTrust, Cox Enterprises, as well as small to medium-sized businesses and non-profit organizations.  I'm also heavily involved in helping to advance the field of Human Resources/Talent Development through my volunteer efforts with various professional associations.

I currently reside in Atlanta, GA with my two beautiful children.  I have a "thing" for spas, shoes, movies, music and traveling to any place near a beach. So apart from work, family and volunteering, I'm usually doing one of those activities!
