What does it feel like when you’ve reached rock bottom? I wrote this one when I was in the middle of some counseling. I kept asking myself ‘am i depressed?’ I was grieving, and I think I was trying to move out of it ASAP instead of just walking through it. I was contemplating things like: How far down is the bottom? Can I go further? Is this what the bottom feels like? How do I know? I have such a good life, why would I be depressed?
