This is a song I wrote on completing the online course How To Write Your First Song run by The University of Sheffield. As part of the course we had to write to a brief around a poem specially written for the course by Matt Black. After trying a number of ideas and styles I settled on this jazzy feel as it isn't a genre I'm 100% comfortably with and thought in for a penny if for a pound.
