I recently watched The Simpsons episode "I Love Lisa" from season 4, where Lisa gives Ralph Wiggum a Valentine's Day card that says "I Choo-Choo-Choose You".

Then not too long after that, I was listening to old WCW entrance music.  I heard Jeff Jarrett's music from his late 1999-2001 run with the company, particularly the intro that says "The Cho-Cho-Chosen One".

I'm not exactly sure what happened after that.  But somehow, this abomination was created.
