This sounds like when i play my electric piano, i record the orchestral thing, and then record regular piano on top of it, then it combines the two and sounds like this

Here's a fun story of an extremely old project, I basically had a loop of the chorus down and abandoned it at that point until my buddy Phage took the loop and arranged it into the 3 minutes you have here. 

Maybe I should stop giving up once I have the hard part out of the way.
