Treyx - Daydream

Say hello to my second official song, and the first song from my In My Head EP, "You & Me." I am so excited to share this song because it has a special meaning to me. In fact, every song on the EP has a special meaning behind it.

I first started the In My Head EP at a point in my life when I was focusing on so many things at once, and I felt I didn't have the capacity to do any of it. I started to feel depressed. My life felt so busy and I felt I was needed everywhere with no time to focus on the things I loved most. At that moment in time, I only had been doing music production for about a year and a half, and I was pretty garbage (btw I still am lol). However, I started to get better, and I felt at peace when I was making music. I was proud of the music I was making. I still had lots of ups and downs (and lots of writer's block), but the end result is an EP I'm happy with releasing.

I wrote You & Me when I started to spend more time with the people I care about most; my closest friends and family. They have helped me through so many of my trials, I can't even count them out in my head. I wrote You & Me as a way to remember to always trust those you hold dearest.

You guys are the best!

Treyx - You & Me

I'm back with some more music, and some more of the In My Head EP!!! Mind Games is the 6th track in the EP, and probably one of (if not) my favorite songs I've made so far! I love dubstep, so I really wanted to make a good beat that has those heavy basslines, along with the occasional melodies to add some spice. The end result is a song I'm actually really proud of!

BTW, sorry if the mix might be a mess. I mastered this song myself, and it's my first time mastering. I feel like I did a good job for my first time.

Treyx - Mind Games

Transparent is the next song to come from the In My Head EP! I really wanted to make a song that brings out the relaxing and chill side of me, so I did exactly that! In my opinion it's not as amazing and big as songs like Daydream and Mind Games, but I am proud of it, none the less!
