Chapter 8: It's My Own Invention

Written in Summer 2018 as part of my Master's Thesis Composition, 'Looking Glass' is based on the children's classic, Through the Looking-Glass and What Alice Found There by beloved children's author Lewis Carroll.

'Looking Glass' was written for Symphony Orchestra, Mixed Chorus & Orator (featuring soloists, elements of theatre and live electronics).
Here is an instrumental mock-up of the battle between the Red and White Knights before Alice journeys across a brook and into the eighth and final square.
