DJ Promo or also Promo, pseudonym of Sebastian Hoff, is a Dutch DJ and label owner. He mainly produces hardcore and industrial hardcore. He is considered one of the most prominent and progressive hardcore DJs and producers in the Netherlands.

DJ Promo started around 1992 as a DJ. Back then he played at smaller gabber parties and because he didn't have a permanent place, he also organized his own hardcore parties. At those parties, which took place in community centers and sports halls, the then more famous DJs from the genre also came. When he also started producing around 1995, he became more noticeable to the public. His first hit dates back to the gabber era: his gabber version of Don't Speak by No Doubt became a success.

When the movement disappeared at the end of the nineties due to overkill and commercial parodies of gabber music, Promo continued to produce. This resulted in the 'Promo File' series, which he first released under the ID&T label. The 'Promo Files' were at the root of a change in the sound of hardcore music. Characteristic was the slower tempo but kicks that were harder. In 2000 he started his own label, The Third Movement, together with colleague X-ess.

In 2003 Promo got the chance to show his modern hardcore at Q-dance's hardstyle party "Qlimax". However, a few days before the party, Promo decided not to play after Q-dance only gave him 30 minutes and also asked if he didn't want to play hard. The following year, Promo was asked to shut down Sensation Black.

In 2004 X-ess and Catscan left, giving DJ Promo complete freedom. He came up with his alias Rude Awakening (industrial, experimental hardcore/techno/electro) and he set up a booking agency, where almost all major hardcore artists are affiliated. He also brought a number of sub-labels where he gave fellow artists (Tommy Pulse and Lady Dana) the opportunity to release their music.

Class 87, hit the ground of the clubs at the age of 16 years presenting his first hardstyle productions to the Roman people, who welcomed him with great enthusiasm. In 2007 is noted by Dj Vortex, thanks to the remix of the track "Black Turin" by Paul Morocco, thus becoming part of the Crew HARDFORUM. The gap with the music hardstyle was approaching, the passion for hardcore grew inexorably and sounds of the hardstyle beginning to be too "soft" to the ears of the DJ! The real turning point came when, DJ Vortex, make him resident dj of the Hardforum events, with whom maintain close the teeth the fame of the best parties of the underground Roman, until today. In the years to follow F. Noize toured Italy and touches stages as Piedmont (Muzik Loop festival), Sardinia (Area Mito), Brescia (Number One) and other clubs in the boot, after closing with a flourish 2011 decided it was time to give life to the score has in mind, a new style, which combines sounds violent, high bpm and a lot of madness. After a short session in the studio, in 2012 released his first track featuring Zeta Reticuli "Show N Prove”, on the industrial label # 1 In Italy, the mythical, Headfuck Records than release also on: Mokum records, Noisestorm, Avanti records, Vendicta, GGm Raw, G.O.H. Records, Darkside Unleashed, Pure Kore Sound.
In 2013, thanks to the support of Dj Partyraiser, F. Noize release with his best friend Andy the core, “Sentenced” on Partyraiser records, this tracks that will be in the top 3 of Hardtunes for more than 3 weeks, comfirming F. Noize one of the hardest new talents of the Hardcore Underground Scene. In the same year he join Footworxx agency.
His Productions are supported from a lot of artists like: Partyraiser, Tieum, Drokz, Tha Playah, Dr. Peacock, Smurf, The Brain Drillerz, Unexist, Sandy Warez, Section Grabuge, The Demon Dwarf, Chrono, D.O.M., The Deterrent Man, Andy The Core, Bloodcage, Wars industry, The unfamous, Destructive Tendencies, Darkcontroller, S’aphira, Mr Madness, Amada, Masters of Noise ecc..
He played in some of the biggest international events like:

Junot aka DRS comes from Belgium, Limburg. He spins Uptempo, hardcore, terror and Is someone who became an uptempo hardcore dj/producer because of some hard times and his passion for the music. 
14 December 2012 It all started.
He was already buzzy with playing rec's for almost a month,
From the first moment he was serious about I'ts goal.
Soon he knew that he wanted to play It's own rec's,
So he started producing some first records,
A few weeks after he met FL he inmedially started to read books about the program and started building a studio.. He wanted to know everything about producing.
I saw him learn each day after his work, with It's mind 100 procent into the hardcore, 
He was taken by the Hardcore virus and Is looking after perfection,
Junot T. Is a regular guy you'd think just like me, his past , the driving force for the future , is what makes him so strong.
In 2014 Junot got It’s first releases at different labels and reached already spot 40 In the Hardtunes top 100 charts. Also his first EP will be released.
DRS will also be a part of the Hard & Onterecht Album, Decikore Vol1 CD and WARS INDUSTRY it’s album, „Wars Industry & Friends”.
He played at several party’s already In Belgium In 2013 and goes worldwide sinds 2014 Netherlands & Germany & 2015 France. Party’s like Staalhard, BeachParty Bocholt, Pandemonium Festival, Terror Machine, Bang Bastards, Alles kapot, Gods of Hardcore etc..
