in 2010 they changed the band name to tricky trail and the style from rock to country music. quickly they wrote a dozen new songs. all has its own unique characteristics, and a variety from roots, bluegrass to contemporary country music. tricky trail went all into adapt the country music sound and you’ll hear them perform with all traditional country music instruments like banjo, pedal steel, mandolin and many others.

in the fall of 2011 tricky trail participated in the swedish country music contest and won a silver medal in the category pure country.

the band is from the country side of the south western part of sweden. the songs all have a nerve from the time they played rock and hard rock. that comes clear when they perform live as well as in the harmonies of the songs.
