Trinity & Beyond are very excited to announce their debut album ‘Blinded by 1000 Points of Light’ will be coming out 24.03.14 on Cinematique Recordings. The album as described by the label is ‘a delicate trip laced with a signature sound of flowing atmospherics, melodic overtones and deep chords.’

The album, which was recorded live, will be available as digital download but it comes as a strictly limited edition CD as well.

Trinity is a DJ, Live Act and Producer who divides her time crafting house and techno and DJing between Sydney and Berlin.

In her hometown of Sydney, Trinity is renowned for supporting Australian artists through her parties, the long running and now defunct Loosekaboose event and in more recent times 4our, which has carved a niche in Sydney’s underground scene by showcasing the likes of Eli Verviene and Steffi. 

Trinity has played live and DJ’d all across Australia, and is also a regular fixture across Germany, where she resides in the European summer. Trinity has spun at clubs such as Harry Klein in Munich and Berlin’s Studio R, and unveiled her live techno set in the basement at Berlin’s fabled techno hub, Tresor, in summer 2014. 

As a DJ and Live Act, Trinity explores different influences and is renowned for her versatility, with her styles traversing Chicago house and Detroit techno along more dub techno soundscapes. Her fondness of ambient sounds was apparent throughout her live ambient dub podcast for Spielfeld from 2014. 

Trinity’s production duo with John Tzineris, Trinity & Beyond, has released EPs on various different labels including Manual Music and Moodmusic. The pair have also been remixed by international heavyweights such as Klartraum and XDB. Trinity and Beyond’s debut album, Blinded by 1000 Points of Light, dropped in 2014, showcasing nine tracks comprised of atmospheric melodies and deep chords traversing techno, progressive and minimal soundscapes that were recorded live. 

Never one to rest on her laurels, Trinity’s first two solo records are set to be released early in 2015 on labels Nightime Drama and OOC Records. Detroit artists Eric Cloutier & Luke Hess have contributed remixes to the releases, with many more solo releases to follow.

In her hometown of Sydney, Trinity runs “4our” with Magda Bytnerowicz; a party that has carved a niche in Sydney’s underground scene, showcasing the likes of Peter Van Hoesen, Steffi and many others. 

Trinity has performed across Australia, displaying a versatility of sounds such as pounding techno, minimal and Chicago house along more dub techno soundscapes.
In 2016 she joined the Nightime Drama family label crew as an active member.

Trinity & Beyond is a collaboration between Trinity AU and producer John Tzineris (Beyond). Trinity is best known as one of Australia’s most highly regarded female artists, and performs as both a DJ and live act, while Tzineris brings to the production table studies in classical music composition acquired at Sydney’s Conservatorium of Music. What is instantly felt from the first listen of this three track EP is the incredible level of production both Trinity and John have strived for. The three tracks are hypnotic techno pieces filled with emotion.

Those Storms Above is concise in its emotional impact, the pounding kick drums and perfectly panned hi-hats patiently drift among the haunting voice-like chords, water-drip effects and tribal percussion.

Urban Jungle is another propulsive techno number primed with textured noise, heavily filtered pads and rhythmic argeggiated sounds with long reverbed soundscapes.

Tunnel Vision decreases the tempo and begins with drums that build into shimmering melodies and effects that that buzz and spark throughout its dark corners. This is mesmerizing techno with a beautiful dreamy soundscape.

For the first release of 2013 we are happy to welcome back the Australian duo Trinity & Beyond. We've had them aboard in 2011 so it was about time for them to return.

Trinity & Beyond is a collaboration between the lovely DJ Trinity and multi talented producer John Tzineris. With combined forces their productions are from an exceptional high level. In 2012, they've had a release on the Pinksilver label and they were also involved in delivering some quality remixes. Their remix for Nadja Lind's 'Brain Candy Remixed' album for instance was featured alongside remixes by the likes of Hernan Cattaneo, D. Diggler and Dub Taylor. Trinity & Beyond were in good company to say the least.

Having had quite a nice year it only makes sense for Trinity & Beyond to release another EP filled with new originals. All three original tracks are a perfect blend of moody melodics, groovy basslines and perfect percussion which results in beautiful productions. Additionally there is a remix by Ina Becker, who has made her debut on Cinematique last year. She transforms the title track into an uncompromised dancefloor filler while Australian producer Child slows it down to an off beat deep house version.
