Digital Reflections was written in a camper when I got out of rehab in the Summer of ‘22. I captured the essence of my sober mind creating a new wave of life. Using minimal gear I recorded each song live (mostly in one take) so all composition was done on the fly.May marks my 1 year of sobriety so its extra special for me.
