"Why Not?" is my debut EP as PriorGhost: it's alternative, electronic, and a little rock. 3 tracks plus each instrumental.

"Gutter Cherries" is carried by driving bass, hypnotic guitar melodies, and super fun-punchy drums. Lyrically, it leaves a lot to the listener's interpretation. But I'll mention what was on my mind as it was forming: We've all had low points, I've had quite a few, but some of the sweetest things in life can be found (or can be realized) when we're down as far as we can go, in the gutter. 

“Onya! The Earth Eater” is dark and dreamy... it's about fractures - of self, of trust, and of what remains when everything is gone; about things that couldn't possibly be more broken. This one is in a strange world full of mystery. The sun came out but it’s still dark. Walking with the “Earth Eater”. 

“WTF" is cold and menacing. Driving drums, pulsating bass that sounds like it's from a retro video game, and layers of atmospheric synths create a tense, paranoid mood. The lyrics are confrontational and claustrophobic, with repeated, mantra-like phrases that don't seem quite right; it's dark... but fun, relentless and danceable!
