This is a remix of the song Leary in the After-World, a track originally composed by Peter Grimbeek that mixes spoken word poetry and electronic music. The original version can be checked out at this link:

The song is about Timothy Leary, the famous American psychologist and writer who gained prominence in the 1960s for his advocacy of the therapeutic and spiritual potential of psychedelic drugs. Leary saw the internet as a continuation of his earlier beliefs in the power of technology to connect people and expand consciousness.

Writer of prose and poetry since mid-1960s, Peter Grimbeek started on acoustic guitar in 1978 and now uses GarageBand and Logic Pro software to compose electronic music. The incredible cadence of his voice while reciting poetry makes a fantastic counterpoint to his electro-style songs. I recommend a visit to his SoundCloud profile:
