This was by far the most challenging track I've had to remix, because the original is one of the greatest songs I've ever heard.  I tried about 7 different times to remix this track, and with no luck.  However, on attempt number 8, I somehow hit the nail on the head.  I've had this done since the week the original was released.  About two weeks after that, a MASSIVE wave of remixes came, so I decided to wait a bit.  The time has come, so I present to you Closer Remix 8 :) 

Honestly, I'm just as sick of these remixes as you are.  Hopefully this will put an end to them, if Jauz's hasn't already.

I found this song in early 2013 and it served as a heavy influence on my sound's direction and focus while I was a total newbie. Hey guys!  Not many people have heard from me in the past 30-45 days.  I decided to take a personal leave from releasing new music in order to allow myself time to grow from a musical, professional, and individual standpoint.  Since my last release, I've made the decision to sacrifice my track and field scholarship and drop out of college with intentions of pursuing music full time.  Aside from that, I chose to spend the past two months developing my project and trying to push my creative capacity to new heights in order to be the best producer and musician that I am capable of being.  2017 marks a new era for me, and I am SO excited to share it with you all.  I can't thank you enough for your support this past year, and I know I'll make you proud and give you some AMAZING music this year.  ⚙

There are very few tracks that I have come across that emotionally resonate with me as much as Messiah by Alison Wonderland.  When I heard the isolated vocal for the first time, I knew exactly what I wanted my remix to sound like.  I had SO much fun reworking this track, and I feel that I was successfully able to process a lot of emotional energy into the final product.
