Ukrainian Cuprite debuts on Timeless Moment with the amazing We Are The Light EP. 

“We Are the Light” is a progressive tunes that remembered us of many of the prog  classics from the late 00s . Cuprite brings lots of old school elements and synths such as arps and stabs together with a strong bass line groove.  The vocal feels especially reminiscent of the golden rave era.  

On the Remix duties, label boss Morttagua brings a powerful melodic techno remix, with a lot of drive on its rolling bass lines, lots of atmospheres and new harmonies. Extra synths and melodies are the cherry at the top in its breakdown, making a huge emotional impact with its introspective feeling.  

Finishing this EP we have another dance floor number from Cuprite in Gypsum. A hypnotic moog like synth works together with a mesmerizing dance floor groove to make this a total timeless weapon.

<p>After their appearance on our &#8220;Abilities&#8221; compilation, Steam Shape come out swinging with four shadowy tracks. &#8220;Output&#8221; is up first, with hypnotic electronics clearing the way for grand stabs and melodic riffs over a grinding rhythm section. &#8220;Eris&#8221; picks up from there and whips out the looped-out vocals, as acidic phrases and shattering sub-bass interlock effortlessly with the rocksteady drumset. The title tracks&#8217;s rumbling low-end provides the perfect backdrop for creeping synthesis and tasty, staccato chords which ultimately lead us to the closing &#8220;Predestination&#8221; where we are introduced to frantic claps, unfolding synths and haunting phrases.</p>

Sian´s Capital Crimewave LP broke a lot of rules on its release. Hot track playlisted on both iTunes and Spotify, and receiving unanimous praise in the press - the LP featured a dizzying blend of Dub, Techno, Hip Hop and Acid: ballsy, unapologetically eclectic and ruthless in its execution. For the remix pack we looked hard into the current state of affairs and chose some purely unique and fearless artists who all had one thing in common: a clear signature sound that defines their entire body of work. Featuring the high art dance floor freakiness of Lee Van Dowski; the low slung, post-soviet mechanics of Maksim Dark; Japanese new-school perfectionism from Hoshina Anniversary and of course the sheer, raw energy blast that is Black Asteroid.

Release Info: 
“Fosc” is a track that arises from my fascination for Bugge Wesseltoft’s music. I really like his compositional work; the way he inserts darkness with flashing lights and bittersweet notes, Bugge is able to touch your heart and soul. I caught that inspiration but bringing it to my own ground, a more Techno sound.
 
“Laberinto” is quite difficult to describe, it is a mishmash of influences in which everyone could perceive my sometimes passion for organic sounds. This cut was originally composed while improvising with the synthesizer and it is fully inspired by classic horror films.
 
Both are very different from each other, at the same time are tracks that complement each other very well. There is an important balance between layering synths with more acoustic sounds. I have tried to build on this EP a 'glue' to stick sounds and feelings together. “Fosc” and “Laberinto” are slow-cooked compositions, music pieces stimulated by a personal maturation and evolutionary growth as a producer given by years of experience.
