Having delivered two past installments to our series, the Interaxxis collaboration '2AM' in 2018 and an unreleased interpretation of Michael A's Proton Music hit 'Ciklus One' in 2019, the Cordoba resident now returns with his much sought after edit of Pablo Bolivar's take on Active Child's 'Johnny Belinda'. Plecta bio:
Apostolis Loussis aka Plecta was born in 1986 and he lives in Athens.
He has been involved with music since his childhood. At the young age
of ten, he began his education in music with the guitar, but his passion
slowly began to steer towards electronic music and the desire to
compose such music.He is influenced by a huge range of sound
colours throughout the electronic music scene. Completely self taught,
over the years, his music creations increased even more. Doing
composing, he realised Deep House music as organic , dreamy,
melodic sounds were his spirit of energy and passion became the
“signature” of Plecta’s musical compositions. His passion continues to
drive him and be the main force behind his music. At the past, he has
made several releases to other types of electronic music such as
Techno, Minimal and more. However, the Deep House music is the one
that eventually drew his attention. Inspired by new music ideas, his
journey begins, giving a natural and electronic sound at his music
creations and pushing his limits a step further.

The album rose to the top of the Beatport charts, hitting #1 in Electronica and holding at #2 in Progressive House for 3 months.

Since then, a flawless resumé of releases on Bedrock, Sudbeat, The Soundgarden, Movement, Balkan Connection, Flow Vinyl, Pure Progressive and many more creatively exciting labels, has seen Tripswitch’s progressive stock grow exponentially. Chart-topping collaborative studio projects with Nick Warren and Hernán Cattaneo, along with a huge bootleg remix of London Grammar’s ‘Rooting For You’, have helped to propel him to the upper reaches of the production cosmos.

Tripswitch’s melodic, emotionally charged, proper progressive DJ sets at amazing events around the world have resulted him gaining a loyal and ever-growing global audience.
