Tristan Bain 

A funk soul brother, a house head, a warm-up and after-party starter, a globe-trotting DJ who's traveling the world for the last three decades / who's been there, done that / insert other DJ cliche here :-) 

Starting as a mobile DJ in London in the early 90s, Tristan packed up his vinyl and started his musical journey across the world. First came Spain in 1995, with gigs in Mallorca, Benidorm and further afield in Andorra, playing beach clubs and main rooms including BCM, KM and Millenium.

That success got noticed by all the right people, including the infamous Mambo family who signed up as Savannah Beach Club resident in 2008. One of the coolest bars in the world, Tristan kicked off pre-parties for some of the biggest brands in the world. dance music business including Hed Kandi, Soul Heaven and Wonderland, warming up for intergalactic stars like Louie Vega, Groove Armada, Joey Negro, Armin Van Buuren, Danny Tenaglia and dozens more. His sundown sets on the Ibiza strip became a thing of legend, leading him to become the Nu-Disco Hed Kandi resident at SPACE, Ibiza in 2009, playing the opening in the main room each week.  

Ibiza is done and dusted, heed further around the globe, arriving in Dubai, where he became the resident DJ at the UAE's legendary alternative club Alpha and the stunning Burj Al Arab-side bar 360. An award-winning venue voted into the DJ Mag Top 100 Clubs, Tristan took control of the stunning 360 venue, delivering disco, funk and house sets that rightly saw him nominated as Dubai's best DJ year after year. The long-running residency saw him warm up and close for another dazzling array of international DJs, as well as becoming resident for FutureDisco, MustHaveSoul and the award-winning UAE night audio tonic.

2015 saw the next phase in his musical adventure, as Tristan relocated to Bali becoming a resident DJ at the iconic Ku De Ta, with other residencies at Rock Bar, Old Mans and Karma Beach, once more playing genre-hopping eclectic classics and working the dancefloor .  

With Europe calling once more, Tristan packed his sarong and headed to Amsterdam in 2017. London, Ibiza, Dubai, Bali and now Amsterdam - a world of travel, some incredible stories and stand-out gigs in some of the best venues in the world .
