Money $ex Records is back with more plunder. Onto their fourth drop this year, the tearaway imprint helmed by Max Graef, Glenn Astro and OYE Records' Delfonic is developing into a neat family scrapbook. After special projects from themselves and friends like IMYRMIND and Hodini, MS004 introduces a new character into the fold. The dynamic debutante in focus is Alex Seidel, a 19 y/o speedball who we've been excited to showcase properly on BR since our surprise meeting with him at last month's Tartelet showcase in Copenhagen.

His five-tracker fits neatly along the grain of Graef and Glenn's world: warm and wandering house music cut together with swung kicks, clever sampling and an utter gorge of groove. "Boogie Down Sessions" might be most unique going though: a paranoid club jam cut through with ratatatat snares, twitchy bleeps and gateaux-rich chords. Snappy, rhythmic and wonderfully deep. 

Grip the whole thing on October 5th.

After very very long break EleFlight Records is back again. This time we have something from Leipzig, Germany. Erik Ellmann brings some deep house and disco flavoured grooves with his single 'People Say'. While original will better suite the dancefloor, a remix from talented Finnish maestro Saine brings warmth and nostalgic feeling of disco era. We love the strings here a lot! We are more than happy to have these two guys on board!

The 72nd release on Darin Epsilon's Perspectives Digital features iconic French producer, Rafael Cerato, joined by a trio of collaborators from the UK and Germany on 'Mysteries of Life' and 'Naive'.

An artist with a portfolio of appearances on leading house and techno imprints, from Suara and Get Physical to Stil Vor Talent and Diynamic, Rafael Cerato has found himself firmly in the upper echelons of the underground dance movement. Supported by a veritable smorgasbord of leading tastemakers and DJs including Stephan Bodzin, Maceo Plex, and Solomun, Cerato's own performances behind the decks have seen him mesmerize dancefloors with cutting edge and immaculately blended soundscapes at the likes of Kater Blau in Berlin, La Terrazzaa in Barcelona, Villa Rouge in Montpellier, and many more.

Today's premiere, 'Naive', continues the vocal narrative of its predecessor as Aves Volare provides a stunning contribution. A regular on the likes of Stil Vor Talent, Einmusika, and Katermukke, the German artist is at the vanguard of the Progressive and Melodic Techno movement with his vocal and production talent. Redolent in textured pads, emotive arpeggiated sequence, and a devastating bassline progression, 'Naive' blossoms with Aves Volare's coruscating vocal patterns in the breakdown before emerging seamlessly in the second half with full verse. A driving beat and shaker-fueled percussive line provides a club-friendly rhythmic bed in a track that is sure to find success across global dancefloors.

In probability theory, an outcome is defined as a possible result of an experiment. Croatian duo Outcome delivers with Lota a melodic techno hymn and gives us a deep dive into the musical harmony of their universe. They found the right combination between huge drums together with intense melodies & a whirlwinding pad for the mind that really mesmerizes.

The EP is sublimated by the remixes of another duo from France, Abstraal and by Mel7em the talented producer from Beirut. The french talents offer us a vocal reinterpretation by never losing the original's core & exploring a playful melodic narrative to transform this dancefloor weapon in a very well balanced and nuanced version.

Following the original trail of Lota, the Lebanese artist borrows tones of world music to make us travel across borders for a perfect marriage between melodic techno sounds and deep exotic melodies that will take you on a shamanic journey.
